Synchronous multiple primary gynecological neoplasms are rarely recognized and usually occur dual in origin. However having a third independent primary cancer in cervix along with endometrium and ovary is quite rare. In this report, a 65-year-old patient with synchoronous triple primary cancers of female genital tractus including all well-differentiated endometrioid type endometrial, ovarian and cervical carcinoma is described. The patient presented with postmenapousal bleeding and underwent exploratory laparotomy by the preoperative diagnosis of endometrial cancer. At the final pathological examination, three independent endometrioid type grade 2 gynecological malignancies were diagnosed at the cervix, endometrium and left ovary. The mechanism of developing multiple primary cancers remains unclear but histological similarity of tumors in this case suggests the mechanism of similar embryologic origins or a common cell line.
